Here at Southwest Kansas Roofing we are taking this time very seriously. Covid-19 has come into our lives and has turned it upside down. SWK Roofing is with you all the way. Our main concern is the health of our community and the surrounding areas. We are very involved in helping others that have been affected by this pandemic. Below are a few steps we are taking to ensure the stop of the virus.

Wearing masks when around others.
Washing hands for 20 to 30 seconds with soap.
Wearing gloves while working and handling equipment.
Cleaning equipment once we are done using.
Keeping a safe distance of six feet.

How is it spread?
Covid-19 is spread when an infected person coughs or sneezes causing respiratory droplets in the air that are then inhaled by a person near that area. It can also be spread by touching a surface that has the virus on it and then rubbing or touching your eyes or nose including mouth. People of all ages can be infected by covid but it seems to affect the elderly and people with pre-existing health conditions the most. Symptoms usually appear within 5 days from being infected but in some cases have dragged out to 14 days. If you believe you have been in contact or around someone that might have been infected please get checked. You can google your area and find out that there are many medical spots running free testing on clients.
